It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. bidbat will never ask for your password. Please follow these guidelines:

• Change your password regularly

• Notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately through our 24/7 live chat. Any activity carried out on your account will be considered your responsibility, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a fault on the part of bidbat.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply when depositing funds into bidbat:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and loyalty. bidbat reserves the right to determine and change VIP tiers at its own discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to bypass bonus wagering requirements
• Taking advantage of bonuses through artificial betting patterns
• Using a bonus in a way that differs from the intended purpose of the promotion

5.4 Seasonal and Special Promotions

bidbat may offer special promotional offers at various times, such as during the BPL season, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh and other occasions. Each special promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be announced at the time of the promotion.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to playing all games on bidbat:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the bet may be cancelled or the game may be completed — in either case, the bidbat system log is final
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• In the event of a technical error, bets may be cancelled and stakes will be returned

6.2 Sports Betting

For cricket and other sports betting:

• Betting lines may change before a match begins
• If a match is cancelled, bets will be returned
• If a match is shortened, the result will be determined according to the rules
